| Research Activities: | My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis, with a special interest in NF-kB signalling during inflammation and cancer cell metabolic adaptation. I have been working on several projects involving the identification and characterization of NF-kB target genes, in particular those mediating the anti-apoptotic and bioenergetic functions of NF-kB in cancer, with the aim of developing new anticancer therapeutics safely targeting NF-kB downstream effectors. |
